- 3 tablespoons hummus, store bought or homemade
- 2 tablespoons diced red pepper
- 6 slices turkey lunch meat
Instructions
- Lay tortilla on flat surface. Layer with lettuce, then hummus, then turkey and bell pepper. Fold and eat!
