Sugar-Free Cake

  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons liquid sweetener

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt or tube pan.
  2. Combine water and raisins in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until water is absorbed; set aside to cool.
