Slow Cooker Easter Biscuit Dessert
| Prep Time | 10 mins |
| Cook Time | 2–2½ hours on HIGH or 3½–4 hours on LOW |

Ingredients:
- 1 (16–20 oz) bag frozen raw biscuit dough (about 10–12 small biscuits)
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Generously spray the inside of a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray, or lightly coat it with softened butter to prevent sticking.
- Remove the frozen biscuit dough from the freezer and separate the pieces. If the biscuits are large, cut each one into quarters. Smaller biscuits can be left whole. Place the biscuit pieces evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon, mixing until well blended.
- Add the melted butter and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture. Stir until you have a thick, glossy sauce.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the biscuit dough, allowing the sauce to flow between the pieces. There is no need to stir.
- Cover with the lid and cook on HIGH for 2 to 2½ hours or on LOW for 3½ to 4 hours, until the biscuits are puffed, fully cooked in the center, and the edges are caramelized and bubbling.
- Once cooked, switch the slow cooker to WARM and let the dessert rest, covered, for about 10 minutes so the sauce can thicken slightly.
- Serve warm and spoon plenty of the gooey caramelized sauce over each portion. Enjoy!
